The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority will get more than Rs 153 crore in its kitty through the sale of Transferable Development Rights (TDR) for 30,000 sq m generated from slum rehabilitation projects at Nirlon and NESCO plots in Goregaon and the Ajgaonkar plot in Jogeshwari.
While the highest bid for the Nirlon Plot at Goregaon is Rs 52,000 per sq m, the other plot at NESCO in Goregaon has been bid at Rs 51,000 per sq m, sources said. The third plot at Ajgaonkar has received a bid of around Rs 51,000 per sq m. The companies that filed tender documents included Ms Saroj Landmark Realty LLP , Ms Kunal Realtors, Ms Aristo Realty Developers Ltd, Ms Oberoi Realty Ltd.among other.
The bid documents and the winning bidders will be finalized within four weeks, the sources added.
