With an average price of Rs 4,400 per sq ft, Virar offers apartments with sizes ranging from 350-1050 sq ft within a budget of Rs 30 lakhs.Although many under this price bracket are 1-BHK units within 800 sq ft, one would be pleasantly surprised to find 2BHK units as well. However, the availability of units above 1000 sq ft is limited to only two or three. Virar boasts of excellent connectivity to Mumbai via the Western Express Highway. Manik Patil, a property consultant explains, “A lot of illegal construction has mushroomed in this area, so the home-buyers should exercise caution.“

Nallasopara

As per the Magicbricks data, Nallasopara offers 1-BHK units in sizes varying from 500-1000 sq ft in the price bracket of Rs 30 lakhs.Nallasopara too, boasts of a handful of 2-BHK units in this price range. It was initially a neglected area but due to lower capital values as compared to Vasai and Virar, this area has gained prominence. Directly connected to Mira Road and Mumbai through the MumbaiAhmedabad National Highway, this area has attracted developers who are interested in 1-BHK units.
