Rs 744cr flyover plan to ease BKC access : The Times of India

Access to the increasingly popular business hub located in the BandraKurla Complex will become much smoother with a Rs 744 crore MMRDA project set to be approved at a meeting chaired by the CM this week. On the drawing table are a 1.9-km elevated road from the Vakola junction on the Western Express Highway till Asian Heart Hospital in BKC, a two-pronged flyover including a 3.5-km extension of the Santacruz-Chembur Link Road from Kapadia Nagar in Kurla to Vakola on the WEH and a 1.1-km arm of the extension that will swing into BKC from the CST road.
